In addition to operating a Rental Fleet program, Facilities Management also operates the University Garage. The Garage provides the same range of services for the University's vehicles that you would find at your personal mechanic. Please contact the University Garage at (309) 438-2038 to inquire about services we can provide to your department.
The University Garage is happy to provide oil changes to your Departmental vehicle at a price of $33.
Facilities Management purchases fuel by the semi load and does not pay federal tax on fuel. These factors allow us to offer fuel at a lesser price, which is posted at the pump. Enjoy ease of use by using vehicle fobs (electronic tags) at the pump. If you do not have a fob for your university vehicle, please contact the University Fleet at (309) 438-2038.
Free safety checks are now available for all departmental vehicles. An inspection of the total vehicle will be completed to ensure safety of the driver and vehicle. For more information, please contact Garage Foreman, Tim Murry, at (309) 438-5868.
