Project Process

All projects with a budget of $10,000 or more require a Project Authorization. Information on this sheet includes name of the Project Manager or Coordinator, budget estimates, project number, and approximate work schedule.

Projects with a budget amount of $25,000-$499,999 require Presidential Concurrence.

Once a customer submits a formal request to proceed with work, the Project Authorization and Presidential Concurrence, if applicable, are written. After the project number is assigned, Fiscal Agents will receive a signed copy of the required forms as authorization to issue requisitions and purchase orders from their accounts for the project.
