The Facilities Management Department established a centralized Customer Service Center for service calls during regular office hours.
Telecourier Communications of Bloomington (an answering service) is contracted by Facilities Management to field service calls after hours and on weekends and holidays.
The Customer Service Center and the Telecourier service link were instituted in response to the campus need for centralized numbers to call to obtain Facilities Management services.
Our Customer Service Team takes service calls from all across campus and forward them to the appropriate unit within Facilities Management during regular working hours. If an emergency arises requiring any Facilities Management service after regular business hours or on weekends or holidays, calls can be made to the Telecourier answering service.
